Research Interests

Music is an art shared by all human beings. Why people love music? How do our brains process music as well as auditory information into something emotionally powerful and fantastic? To investigate these questions, my research focuses on discovering the relationship between music and the human brain via EEG and fMRI. I am now working with Prof. Dezhong Yao and currently developing the technology of scale-free brain-wave music. Meanwhile, I am also interested in studies on musical cognition using multi-modal tools.
