We are very pleased to invite you to the 4th International Conference on NeuroInformation: A Focus on EEG/FMRI Neurofeedback, BCI and Large-scale Brain Modelling (ICNI’2015), co-sponsored by the Key Laboratory for NeuroInformation of Ministry of Education School of Life Science and Technology at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) and IEEE Chengdu Section. The meeting will be held at the Chengdu, China between November 6th and 8th, 2015.

Brain and Cognitive Science are among the most active scientific frontiers in the 21st century. Due to the highly complex nature of brain structure and psychological activity, the research of brain and cognitive neuroscience begs the participation of research activities from many interdisciplinary fields, including cognitive science, mathematics, psychology, medicine, physics, computer science and information science, and many others. The fusion of the brain science, cognitive science, and information technology will promote the development of life science greatly. Today, this research area has attracted a large number of scientists from both China and world-wide. An intentional conference in this field often brings together tens of thousands of scientists.

The ICNI’2015 conference is mainly focus on EEG/FMRI Neurofeedback, BCI and large-scale brain modelling. A call for proposals for Symposia will be sent on August 30th 2015, and the Abstract deadline for poster presentations is October 1st. Our Scientific Program committee has already put together an impressive list of Keynote and Plenary speakers. The ICNI’2015 conference will continue to showcase the best in the Brain and Cognitive Science research. There is also a series of Tutorials focusing on EEG-MRI fusion prior to the ICNI’2015.

The goal of this conference is to establish an academic discussion and exchange platform for researchers who work in the fields of neuroscience, cognitive science and information science and other related fields. It will provide the practitioners a chance to discuss cutting-edge issues in the field, to present the latest research results and to outlook future development. The conference will also build a network for the scientists and researchers from the fields of neuroscience, cognitive science and information technology to discuss hot problems in crossing areas, and to improve mutual understanding and to establish long-term cooperation relationship.

A number of distinguished scholars are invited to give plenary speeches. Other participants are selected to give an oral presentation based on the quality of the papers. All the scientists and students who are engaged in neuroscience, cognitive science, intelligent information processing, and neural information technology are welcomed to submit your original research work and to attend the meeting.

We encourage you to register early to ensure your place at the meeting. We look forward to welcoming you in Chengdu, November 2015.
